On June 9, Jiang Yongzhu, Vice Secretary of the CPC Xiaoshan District Committee and the district head, led to host a symposium to discuss the assigned suggestions and proposals face to face submitted during the district's Two Sessions -- Suggestions on Fully Promoting The “Industrial Chain Eecologicalization” Model in the District’s Investment Promotion Work” and Suggestions on Seizing Strategic Opportunities of The 15th Five-Year Plan to Accelerate Building Xiaoshan as An Innovation Highland of Intelligent Connected Automobile Industry.”  

At the meeting, representatives from the District Investment Promotion Bureau and the District Economic and Information Technology Bureau, suggested the undertakers of proposals to report the handling status and the next measures one by one. The suggestion representatives, proposal committee members and relevant supporting units discussed and exchanged by centering on the content of the suggestions and proposals. 

Jiang Yongzhu, on behalf of the district government, expressed gratitude to the people's congress deputies and members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for their long-standing care and support. He pointed out that the suggestions and proposals put forward by deputies and members were practical and well-founded, providing strong impetus for the government's scientific governance and high-quality development of Xiaoshan. The district government will always keep the serious handling of suggestions from the people's congress deputies and proposals from the CPPCC members as an important way to enhance government credibility and improve public well-being; it will consistently take satisfaction with the handling process as the core criterion for measuring effectiveness, continuously strengthen communication, coordination and follow-up feedback during the handling process, and ensure that every suggestion and proposal is effectively implemented and yields tangible results, so as to truly satisfy deputies and members while benefiting the people. 

It’s learned that during this year's Two Sessions, the district people's congress deputies and members of the district CPPCC submitted a total of 510 suggestions and proposals on the government work, including 227 from deputies and 283 from CPPCC members. This year, the district government continues its leader assignment system, with each government leader taking responsibility for one suggestion and one proposal of key areas. By the end of June, all 510 suggestions and proposals will be fully concluded.
