Recently, the Global Tech Matching Fair concluded in Shanghai. On the fair site,"China Biomedical Innovation and Technology Value List 2025" was officially announced. Among them, Hangzhou Biotech Valley in the Hangzhou Airport Economy Zone won the honor as one of "Top 30 Most Dynamic Biomedical Industrial Parks in China" for its outstanding performance in terms of industry cultivation, ecological construction, policy support and professional operation, adding impetus to the high-quality development of the airport life health industry.   

Located at the west gate of Hangzhou Airport Economy Demonstration Zone, Hangzhou Biotech Valley (Airport) is an important part of the "one core and four parks" planning for the biomedicine industry of Hangzhou, and is also the core area for the development of biomedicine in Xiaoshan. By relying on the open gateway advantages of "the super-position of four zones" in the airport area and the open window advantage of Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Center, the zone is aimed to build a global cooperation functional zone and an industrial transformation functional zone for the biological economy of Hangzhou.  

This park focuses on three key sub-sectors: innovative drugs and CDMO (advanced therapies, advanced pharmaceutical methods etc.), high-end medical devices (interventional medicine, in vitro diagnostics etc.), and synthetic biology (medical aesthetics, special medical food etc.). By far, 48 projects with an investment of over 100 million yuan each have been gathered here.
