On August 26^th, Xiaoshan District People’s Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Rongsheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Hengyi Group Co., Ltd., opening a new chapter for government-enterprise cooperation.   

Sun Xudong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the CPC Xiaoshan District Committee, was present at the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Jiang Yongzhu, Vice Secretary of the CPC Xiaoshan District Committee and the district head, presided over the event. The district leaders Zhao Liming, Ye Jianhong, Xu Chang, Zhu Guojun, as well as Li Shuirong, President of Rongsheng Group and Qiu Jianlin, President of Hengyi Group, were present.

On behalf of the district Party committee and the district government, Sun Xudong expressed sincere gratitude to Rongsheng Group and Hengyi Group for their long-term contributions for the economic and social development of Xiaoshan. He said that as leaders in the petrochemical and chemical fiber industries, Rongsheng Group and Hengyi Group have always adhered to industry, deeply plowed their core businesses, and have been dare to be the first. They have continuously ranked among the Fortune Global 500 companies for many years, and are the pride of Xiaoshan people and the "golden cards" of Chinese private enterprises. While concentrating on their own development, the two enterprises also care about their hometown and give back to it. They actively create job opportunities, establish educational funds, and support infrastructure construction etc., fully demonstrating their social responsibility and sense of development mission.
