On August 18^th afternoon, Jiang Yongzhu, Vice Secretary of the CPC Xiaoshan District Committee and the district head took the lead to hold a meeting to discuss the suggestions and proposals for the two sessions of the district including Suggestions on Optimizing the Structure of Talent Cultivation and Introduction in Xiaoshan District to Promote High-Quality Economy Development and Suggestions on Accelerating the Development of Modern Urban Industry and Promoting High-Quality Development of Urban Manufacturing Industry.  

At the meeting, representatives from the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the District Economic and Information Commission suggested that the proposal undertakers  present a detailed report on the handling situation and the measures for the next steps of work.  The representatives of suggestions, the proposal committee members and the relevant supporting units made exchanges and discussions based on the content of the suggestions and proposals, effectively promoting the handling work.

It is known that during the two sessions this year, the district-level people's congress representatives and the district-level CPPCC members submitted 519 suggestions and proposals regarding the government work, including 224 suggestions from the district people's congress representatives and 295 proposals from the district CPPCC members. This year, the district government continues to implement the leadership dominance system. The district government leaders respectively take the lead to guide and handle one suggestion and one proposal in key areas. By the end of August, all 519 suggestions and proposals will be completed.
