The other day, the first district-level presentation for "Xiao Xingxing" points-based governance over social resource link was held. The Social Work Department of the CPC Xiaoshan District Committee invited representatives from villages and communities, key cooperative units, financial institutions and social organizations etc. to gather together, exploring new paths for points-based governance by focusing on the new model of social resource link. 

The points-based governance is not merely about "exchanging points for gifts", but represents a profound reshaping of governance model. The operational model of points-based governance reveals the unique advantage of "Xiao Xingxing" - realizing the value quantification of social contributions, activating the intrinsic motivation of public participation, and re-building the governance ecosystem at the grassroots level.  

Next, our district will continue to improve the points-based governance system, encourage departments to act as the "vanguard", towns and streets to serve as the "think tanks", and all sectors of society to become the "vital force", and promote the points to become an effective link for resource link and a powerful pivot for governance innovation, so as to enable the "small force" from all parties to converge into the "great momentum" for the modernization of community governance, and continuously enhance the sense of gain, happiness and belonging for the people.
