On June 18th, our district held a conference on promoting rural revitalization industry programs and the brand launch event for “Xiaoshan Rural Elite · Smart Farming of The Future” new farmers cultivation. The district leaders Li Jun, Li Guomei, Wang Rundong and Tang Wei attended the event.

On the spot, the policies for the youth's rural development programs in Xiaoshan District and  “Xiaoshan Rural Elite · Smart Farming of The Future” brand for new farmers in Xiaoshan District were released; the fag presentation ceremony was held for “New Farmers” Youth Lecture Group, the Rural Maker Mentor Group and the "Agriculture, Rural Affairs and Farmers" Expert Mentor Group, together with the awarding ceremony for the "New Farmers" Practice Teaching Site, the Youth Rural Development Practice Station, "Zhejiang Province Modern Agricultural Innovation Park" (Xie Jing An), and "Xiaoshan District Agricultural Maker Incubation Base" .

Currently, the entire district has cultivated over 1,300 agricultural makers and nearly 4,500 "new farmers" who have “made two-way efforts” with the rural areas of Xiaoshan. The "Xie Jing An · Transfar Agricultural Innovation Village" has been selected into the second batch of modern agricultural innovation parks of Zhejiang Province. Behind these rapidly increasing figures it lies the passion and dedication of young people for the countryside, and it also stems from the "growth ladder" that Xiaoshan has laid out for young people to develop in the countryside.
