Recently, "Hangzhou, a window to China’s 5000-year history" -- 2025 Hangzhou Inbound Tourism Global Travel Agents Promotion and "The Tides of Xiaoshan · Meeting the World" Cultural Tourism Presentation were held at the Xianghu Lake. The intangible cultural heritage of Xiaoshan  participated deeply and made an appearance surprisingly, presenting a three-dimensional picture scroll of intangible cultural heritage which empowers cultural tourism and integrates into life before Chinese and foreign cultural tourism practitioners.

In the morning that day, over 100 international travel agents and guests from 19 countries and regions entered Xiaoshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Star Space, embarking on an immersive cultural adventure. In the exhibition area, national and provincial key intangible cultural heritage projects were presented with rich illustrations, and various intangible cultural heritage products were displayed in sequence, vividly showcasing the profound background of Xiaoshan's intangible cultural heritage. Upon entering the experience space, the intangible cultural heritage projects such as dough figurines, Zhaodong paper-cutting, and palm leaf weaving attracted the guests to stop and admire. In the live-streaming display section, the "living inheritance" approach of empowering intangible cultural heritage through e-commerce also aroused great interest among the guests.

This event has not only showcased Xiaoshan's cultural background to global travel agents and guests, but has also injected new vitality into the inheritance and development of Xiaoshan's intangible cultural heritage. When traditional craftsmanship meets modern cultural tourism, and when the eastern aesthetics has a dialogue with global perspectives, Xiaoshan's intangible cultural heritage is writing a new chapter of cultural confidence with an open attitude on the track of culture and tourism integration in the new era.
