In the recent assessment on Zhejiang Province rural revitalization strategic achievements 2024  jointly released by General Office of the CPC Zhejiang Committee and General Office of Zhejiang Province People's Government, Xiaoshan was rated as an outstanding grade and has been awarded the highest honor in the field of rural revitalization for the first time - "Shennong Tripod· Bronze Tripod". 

Over the past year, good news has been coming in frequently for the rural revitalization work in Xiaoshan: it was successfully designated as a national model county for "Four-good Rural Roads", selected as a pilot county for the provincial "Three Major Actions" of Harmonious and Beautiful Villages, became a pilot for the entire county construction of digital life centers for rural areas in the province, and was further selected as a visiting point for the on-site meeting of the municipal project for “demonstration of one thousand villages and renovation of ten thousand villages”, receiving high praises from the participated leaders. These achievements have been made due to the systematic planning and precise efforts in the various fields of rural revitalization in Xiaoshan.  

In terms of organizing revitalization, Xiaoshan has innovated its institutional mechanism and promoted the concentration of various elements into rural areas. Over the past five years, it has cumulatively invested more than 1.5 billion yuan of fiscal funds for rural construction, and allocated over 100 mu of special construction land indicators each year, providing strong guarantee for rural development. The entire district has achieved full coverage of the first secretaries staying at villages and the administrative villages of rural work instructors, and has cultivated a large number of new professional farmers who are proficient in technology and good at business through the "New Farmers" cultivation program. Among them, "Xie Jing  An · Transfar Rural Innovation Village" project has been selected as a provincial agricultural innovator common prosperity base and a provincial modern agricultural innovation park, becoming a demonstration model for rural talent revitalization.
