Recently, Annual Report on China’s E-government Development (2024) organized and compiled by the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China (National Administration Institute) has been officially published, selecting the innovation practice of "Health Brain" from Xiaoshan District, and decoded "Xiaoshan Model"profoundly with 18 pages, symbolizing that our district's digital reform practice in the medical and health field has received high acceptance from national-level think tank.

This time, The Investigation Report on Digital Reform Practice of Health in Xiaoshan District Based on “Healthy Brain" from our district is one of the 16 outstanding cases selected nationwide. The district has built a "1+3+N" medical digital construction framework, of which "1" represents a "Healthy Brain" data foundation, "3" the three major fields in terms of smart medical care, smart public health and digital health management, and "N" the multiple application scenarios such as  minor and chronic diseases without being treated outside of villages, specialized diseases without being treated outside of the district, mobile doctors, and infectious disease monitoring etc. This system has effectively solved such problems as uneven distribution of medical resources and insufficient service efficiency at the grassroots level, so as to provide residents with full-cycle and high-quality medical and health service.

Since 2021, the medical digital reform empowered by the "Healthy Brain" in our district has been continuously moving forward both in depth and breadth. As of now, 170,400 patients have received AI-based health risk intervention for their conditions. The total number of patients managed under major specialized disease centers has exceeded 9,000, and a cumulative total of 225,000 patients have received chronic disease medication service.
