On March 27^th afternoon, The Mobilization and Deployment Meeting for Xiaoshan District to Build A High-level Open District and The Business and Economy Work Meeting were held, at which, Sun Xudong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the CPC Xiaoshan District Committee, stressed to earnestly study and implement the important discourse of General Secretary Xi Jinping on opening to the outside world and the spirit of the important speech during his investigation in Zhejiang, comprehensively carry out the provincial and the municipal deployments and requirements on pushing forward high level of opening to the outside world, building high level open and strong province and city, systematically plan work measures for Xiaoshan to build a high level open and strong district according to local conditions, build more landmark opening results, and contribute to the overall situation for the open economy development of the province and the city with the pioneering practice of Xiaoshan.

Jiang Yongzhu, Zhao Liming, Ye Jianhong, Wu Weiwei, Xu Chang, Chen Longning, Shi Keqi and Shi Lijun were present, and the relevant responsible persons from the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport Customs and Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport Co., Ltd. made guidance at the meetings.

At the meetings, Implementation Opinions on Deepening Reform of "Free Trade + Bonded Zone + Cross-border”, Linking and Energizing High-quality Development of Industries, and business and trade industry policies were issued and interpreted, contracts were signed for programs, and 5 units including the District Commerce Bureau, Hangzhou Airport Economy Demonstration Zone, Ningwei Sub-district, Xintang Sub-district, and Pute Education made speeches for communications.
