From March 11 to 17, in order to help enterprises reserve new forces of professional college graduates, our district organized high-quality enterprises to go to Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, and Nanjing etc., and entered 10 colleges and universities such as Tongji University, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chongqing University and Nanjing University etc. to attract talents, inviting young talents from all over to become the "striving partners" of Xiaoshan. A thousand college students have been attracted by the "talent policies" of Xiaoshan and have signed contracts to start business.

Young people gather because of the city, which gets prosperous because of the youth. In the next step, our district will continue to enrich the forms of talent attraction, continue to polish the "Tides Start Our Future" talent brand, make efforts to have excellent talent service ecosystem, attract more young talents to gather in Xiaoshan and take root in Xiaoshan, so as to have fertile soils for the growth of young talents.
