At the joint conference of Hangzhou Hi-tech Zone (Binjiang) Xiaoshan Special Cooperation Zone held on November 27^th, the two districts officially established a joint investment attraction working mechanism and set up a "China Visual Valley" window park investment center, perfectly embodying the true meaning of this phrase.

Xiaoshan is geographically adjacent to Binjiang and is blessed with mountains and water. Xiaoshan is a well-known industrial powerhouse in China, ranking among the top national counties in numerous prestigious national rankings. It has a robust industrial foundation and has achieved the historical leap from a county to a metropolitan area. Binjiang, consistently ranked among the top national high-tech zones, is the home to a dense concentration of innovative elements and has forged a distinctive path of industry development characterized by dominant industries and vivid high-tech features. 

This planning clearly defines the visual intelligence industry orientation and the strategic emerging industries and future industries that the two districts will focus on. They will work together in the same direction to solve problems, with a goal of jointly attracting and landing at least 3 companies per year. "We will focus on the two key areas as planning and investment attraction, with a global vision and top-level first-class standard, and concentrate our resources and efforts to build 'China Vision Valley' window park into a highland of integrated industry and business startup," said a relevant person in charge from Xiaoshan-Binjiang Special Cooperation Park.  

The deeper cooperation is in the industry. Both districts have made it clear that they will focus on the fission and spillover projects of the Hi-tech Zone (Binjiang) and the high-quality projects from outside the city, and they will jointly conduct project consultations and go out to attract investment. They will continuously superimpose the resource advantages of the two districts and accelerate the introduction and landing of professional, refined, specialized and innovative enterprise projects in the visual intelligence industry. They will work together to promote the rapid formation of an industrial ecosystem and a healthy development pattern in the special cooperation park, thus achieving "1+1>2".
