On January 16^th, the 16th Executive Meeting of the 17th Session of the District Government was held, deliberating and passing in principle Hangzhou City Xiaoshan District Implementation Scheme of Industrial Chain Head System, Xiaoshan District Overall Planning of Water Resource Conservation, Protection and Utilization, Hangzhou City Xiaoshan District Report On Implementing 2022 National Economic and Social Development Plan And 2023 National Economic and Social Development Plan (Draft), Xiaoshan District 2023 Plan of Government Investment Projects (Draft), Opinions of Some Policies of Xiaoshan District on Accelerating the Construction of A Modernized Industry System, Report on Hangzhou City Xiaoshan District 2022 the Whole District And the District Level Budget Execution and 2023 the Whole District And the District Level Budget (Draft), The Government Work Report (Review Draft) and Xiaoshan District Economy High Quality Development Conference Scheme.

The district head Jiang Yongzhu presided over the meeting, the deputy district heads Cheng Xiaodong, Zhang Liang, Yang Xincheng, Wang Rundong and Li Guoping attended. Gu Tao, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, and Tong Yifeng, vice chairman of the District CPPCC attended the meeting upon invitation with non-voting right.
