Recently, Zhejiang Provincial Development And Reform Commission announced the 9th batch of excellent cases for digital society, including "The healthy brain + minor illness and chronic disease  without going out of the village (community)" multi-scene case from our district. In the past year, as a pioneering pilot of medical and health digitization, Xiaoshan has gained a lot from the construction of "The healthy brain + smart medical treatment" platform. With the sharing and interoperability of health big data as the core, our district has carried out the whole-cycle management of the "two types of chronic disease", and focus on building “ the one-stop” basic level health service system for chronic disease dispensing, monitoring service, routine testing, admission management, rehabilitation and nursing etc., so as to make the data of the 1.65 million registered people in the "healthy brain" really "live" and "be used".
