A few days ago, in order to have in-depth implementation of “ the strategy of revitalizing the district by talents”, and enhance reserve of highly qualified and professionalized talents, our district has enrolled 11 senior government employees to the society publicly, and the top annual salary may reach one million yuan. This has been the first time for Xiaoshan to have such a mode for introducing talents. Relevant workers from the district CPC Organization Department expressed, “it has broken through the traditional government personnel system mode, introduced a market-oriented operaiton manner and contracting management concept inside the government and initiated a multiple public personnel management mode”.
