On December 28^th, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport reconstruction and expansion (the international cargo terminal and the apron) project officially started foundation laying.The project will make extensive use of automated and information-based consolidated cargo handling system and bulk cargo handling system, and will become the first "multi-layer structure + intelligent" international cargo station in China, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022 and put into operation in 2023. Tong Guili, Vice Secretary of the CPC Hangzhou municipal committee and Secretary of the CPC Xiaoshan District committee attended the opening ceremony.
