Standing in Xianghu Lake State Tourist Resort, Hangzhou Changqiao Polar Marine Kingdom Scenic Area is adjacent to the Cross-lake Bridge Museum, 3km away from Xianghu Lake Station of Hangzhou metro Line 1, covers an area of about 1,000mu, and has been totally invested in about RMB 3.5 billion Yuan. The scenic area Phase I program Polar Marine World was started construction in November 2007 and  completed for opening on October 1^st, 2008; the scenic area Phase II program includes Polar Marine Theme Park, Lucky Bubble Parent-child Paradise, and Cetacean Bay Seabed Dinning Hall etc. of which Polar Marine Theme Park was finished for opening on February 9^th, 2018; the scenic area Phase III program including Killer Whale Park, Big Circus Theatre and Cetacean Bay Theme Resort Hotel is estimated to be finished for operation in 2020.

Key words of Polar Marine Park

Pilot whale: the most previous treasure in the marine park -- it is the only pilot whale at home.
