The Affiliated Maternity Hospital Qianjiang Branch of Zhejiang University Medicine Institute

The Affiliated Maternity Hospital Qianjiang Branch of Zhejiang University Medicine Institute (Phase I) (hereinafter referred to as Qianjiang Branch) construction standard is a Class III Grade A hospital covering a land area in 132.45mu which is 5 times of that of the old hospital. The total floor area of the Phase I project is 123,200m², the total investment is 1.00778 billion Yuan and is predicted to be finished building in 2022.

The New No. 2 Hospital of Zhejiang University Medicine Institute

The New No. 2 Hospital of Zhejiang University Medicine Institute will settle at Xiaoshan District Southern CBD located at Zhujia Bridge Community, Shushan Sub-district, cover a total land area in about 500mu with an investment in RMB 3 billion Yuan, its building standard is a Class III Grade A comprehensive hospital which contains medical service, teaching, scientific research and administration buildings, and the construction will try to be finished within 5 years.

ENTERTAINMENT

Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center:

Fully named as “Hangzhou City Olympic Sports Center”, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center is located at the south bank of Hangzhou Qiantang River, and in the block of the east of Qianjiang Bridge III to Binjiang CBD and Xiaoshan District Qianjiang Century CBD. Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center includes a principal stadium that can accommodate 80,000 people, a principal stadium that can accommodate 18,000 people, together with the swimming pool, tennis center, baseball and softball center, hockey ball field, small ball center, indoor track and field center and heavy tournament center etc., it can hold worldwide, intercontinental and nationwide comprehensive sports meetings and is one of  the largest sports centers across the nation.

Hangzhou Olympic Sports International Expo Center:

Standing at Qianjiang Century CBD, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Hangzhou Olympic Sports International Expo Center is the main venue for the G20 Summit. As a key program of Zhejiang Province, its planned floor area is 840,000m², and it has established five great functional areas in terms of the exhibition center, conference center, comprehensive real estate, roof garden (the City Parlor), underground business and garage etc. The City Parlor echoes with “The City Balcony” in distance at the opposite bank of Qiantang River, forming a new highlight for the city.
